M3 Simply

You may be confused with all this talk of M3 Simply and M3 DS Real. There isn’t much difference between the two. The only thing you’ll notice is that the M3 Simply can only use standard SD cards which store a maximum of 2GB. The M3 DS Real can be used with SDHC which can store upto 32GB of data! That’s a lot of homebrew applications and games.

As well as that you could easily store your entire games collection backed up onto a single SD card. This would mean you’d never need to carry all your games around with you anymore. If you have all your games installed on the SD can, you can select which one you want to play from the M3 Simply menu instead of taking the game cartridge out, looking for the one you require and putting that one in.

Having backups of games for the M3 DS Real (or Simply in this case) also means that you do not need to worry if your original copy which you paid for becomes damaged. This is because you have a backup on the M3 Simply.

M3 Simply, M3 DS Real and DS eBook

It has just been announced that there will be an eBook reader released officially for the Nintendo DSi console, Lite and original DS. It comes with 100 copyright free book and will cost just £17 which seems like fairly good value. However for a little extra money you could buy M3 Simply and unlock all the many additional uses it has as well as which include the ability to use it as an eBook reader with software that is available freely. It seems Nintendo with its black DSi music capabilities and now the eBook reader is trying to cash in on what is freely available to M3 Simply and M3 DS Real owners.
